Rock N River Party Package includes:

• A rental of our rock climbing wall exclusively for your group's use for two hours (includes our trained guides), followed by...

• Either our Shenandoah tube trip or our Park and Play trip for up to 60 minutes (groups may split up these activities, for instance 6 tubes and 4 canoes/kayaks);

• A gift certificate for a free Shenandoah tube trip for the V.I.P. of your group; and

• Hamburgers and quality hot dogs, drinks (including water and soda), 1/2 sheet cake (specify flavor and message); cake candles; paper products; and balloons.

Messages on cakes must be reserved a week prior to the event. A minimum of 15 people is required for this package. Minimum age and weight are 7 years or 50 lbs. No substitutes or exchanges may be made for this package. This is a "same date" package only, meaning that all activities must be done on the same date. No exceptions. Rock wall rental is based on the availability of our rock climbing wall. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. Prices here do not include applicable tax and fees.

ROCK N RULES

Get unlimited climbing and instruction with this exclusive 2- or 3-hour on-site rental.

Now groups of ten or more can rent our portable rock climbing wall exclusively for your group's use at our store location in Knoxville, MD, and receive instruction and education about climbing our portable rock climbing wall.

Let our trained rock wall staff help you learn climbing basics with your family and friends. Receive stepping stones of information for future rock climbing on nature's walls. Boost self-esteem and challenge fears of height. Push yourself to your comfort limit. Build team spirit by praising and encouraging fellow climbers as they reach for the top of the rocks. Instruction also includes information on safety and harnesses.

At the completion of your Rock N Rules event, each person will earn their TOP OF THE ROCKS Certificate and membership into our TOP OF THE ROCKS Club.

ROCK WALL RENTAL

Yes! Our rock wall is available for off-site rentals within a 75-mile radius of River and Trail Outfitters.

We have been to private parties, block parties, church events, youth group events, large festivals, fairs, and more.

One day rentals are for

• Up to 4 hours

• 4 to 6 hours

• 6 to 8 hours

• 8 or more hours

We offer multiple-day discounts for events taking place on consecutive days.

We offer non-profit group prices.

• Delivery of the wall to your event location within a 75-mile radius of River and Trail Outfitters. Further distances may be available for travel. Please call for more information.
• We will set up the wall
• We will provide well-trained, knowledgeable staff wearing our River and Trail "STAFF" shirts so they are easily identified to operate the wall.
• We will bring our state of the art harnesses.
• We will provide waivers, should you request them.
• We will take down and remove  the wall and other River and Trail items immediately following the end of the day's rental unless other arrangements have been requested.

In addition to the rental price, other costs associated with the wall are $1.50 round-trip mileage fee for delivery of the wall and an inspection fee for Virginia, Pennsylvania, and possibly other states, which can range from $50 to $100. There are no inspection fee charges for Maryland locations.

Our wall is generally at River and Trail on weekends for $7.35 a climb (based on availability).

TOP O' THE ROCKS CLUB

   ROCK N RULES participants will receive a certificate of completion in climbing instruction and will receive a membership card for our TOP OF THE ROCKS CLUB entitling the member to special deals! The 2008 deal is 5 free climbs on our rock wall!
