River & Trail's Add On's

Add on's can be done for most trips. Please review our list of options.

Shuttle Service: If your group is staying at a local hotel or conference center (within 25 miles of R & T) we can provide shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to River & Trail for any of our trips. Min. number of people required is 30.
Must be scheduled in advance and based on availability.

T-Shirts: Available for your group in sizes from Jr's to adults XXL in assorted colors Shirts must be ordered (at least 5 weeks) prior to your trip date and will be handed to you at the end of your trip. Company or group Logo may be added to the shirt for a nominal fee. Min. order of 20 shirts.

T-Shirt/Hat Combo: Available for your group in sizes from Jr's to adults XXL. T-shirt is white. Shirts must be ordered 5 weeks prior to your trip date and will be handed to you at the end of your trip. Also includes a River & Trail Navy baseball style hat.

Bundle Fun Pack: Take some of the excitement from your trip home with you. This pack includes a River & Trail T-shirt, Water gun, waterproof camera (take it on your trip to catch all the exciting moments), River & Trail water bottle, River & Trail flash light and a River & Trail ink pen.

Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks prior to your trip date. Min. of 8 to place order.

Water Proof Cameras: $15.00 plus tax per camera

Wet Suit Rental: $16.00 plus tax per wetsuit

Paddles, helmets, skirts, life vests: $9.00 plus tax

Splash tops or bottoms: $9.00 plus tax

Cakes for all Occasions: Celebrate your birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion with us on the river or trails. We can provide a delicious cake for you and your group. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate on the river. Price includes 9' round cake in yellow or chocolate with white icing and labeled with your message. Candles also included. Optional: for your entertainment we can also have our staff sing Happy Birthday for the guest of honor.

Standard Lunch: 2 pieces of fried chicken, potato salad, watermelon (in season) or other fruit and a fruit beverage & water.

Super Size Group Lunch: Does water give you a hearty appetite? Why not opt to purchase our Super Size Picnic. Min. number of people is 15. Must be ordered one week prior to your trip date. This picnic includes: (PLEASE NOTE: That chips and 20oz bottle of soda/water cannot be added to the meal for any on river lunches they are only available when the lunch is eaten on land due to space in the rafts, canoes/kayaks etc. The price without the soda and chips is $10.00 per person.)

• 2 Fresh Baked Choc. Chip Cookies (or choose Oatmeal)

Corporate Lunch: Deluxe (large) Deli Style Sandwich, Pickle, Chips, Potato Salad, Watermelon, Brownie or Cheesecake, Soda, Iced Tea, Juice or Bottled Water. Min. number of people is 15. Must be ordered one week prior to your trip date. This lunch is for private team building groups, corporate outings, biking trips, rafting and much more.

BBQ Cookout: Burgers, Hot Dogs (Nathan's & Hebrew National) Grilled Portabellas, Assorted Cheeses, Lettuce, tomato, onion etc. Veggies & Dip, Assorted chips, Pickles, Cookies, Fruit, Assorted Soft Drinks & Water. $18.00 per person (flat rate) **Note Grilled chicken leg quarters and Bratwurst can be substituted for the burgers and dogs for a $4.00 a person up-charge.

Guides/Facilitators: If your group would like to hire one or more of our highly trained and knowledgeable guides to go along with you on a canoe or kayak trip we can accommodate you. This may help to offer a peace of mind for group leaders, children and adults who want the extra help in knowing where to paddle, how to maneuver their boats, general local history, take out locations and biking trail assistance. Extra facilitators are also available for groups doing team building events. If you feel your group could benefit from having additional guides, let us know. We can include them on your trip. (Male or Female guides & facilitators may be requested.) Extra guides/facilitators must be reserved one week prior to your trip date.
