Waivers of Liability are available to
print. All adults 18 and older must sign their own form while parents
or guardians of minors should sign for them where the waiver indicates. All
waivers should be turned in the day of the trip and not mailed in ahead of
time. No changes or additions may be made to the waivers. Choose the form(s)
appropriate for your trip:
River & Trail Outfitters of Knoxville,
Maryland near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia has been in business for 30 years
and has an excellent safety record. We make your well-being our primary
concern. The following waiver of liability is necessary for us to maintain our
insurance and therefore we could not have this sort of business in this day and
age without it. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give
us a call or send an email. Also keep in mind that the word "negligence" in
legal terms is to be differentiated from "gross negligence" which means that
someone has been INTENTIONALLY negligent.
