A Message to River & Trail Guests
River & Trail is strongly recommending that guests wear masks on our vehicles and in our check-in building locations & bathrooms. All guests are asked to do a pre-visit self-assessment before arriving for trips or camping.
River & Trail operates with check-in at 4 different outposts, 2 located right on the river or trail where you begin your trip. This helps to eliminate large crowds at any one place! We advise anyone with any COVID concerns going tubing or rafting that weekdays are typically less busy than weekends, especially Saturdays.
Flexible booking & cancellation policies:
We have always had flexible cancellation policies (with notice) that are customer-friendly and convenient. Your credit with River & Trail never expires!
Reservations of 9 or less people:
Reschedule your trip or campground stay at least 48 hours before your trip. Take your time to figure out when works best for your schedule, and your deposit and booking will be moved accordingly. Your credit dollars may be used for any future trip or services.
Group reservations of 10 or more people:
Trips may be rescheduled this year or for a future year with no penalty.
Entire group cancellations with at least three weeks notice, will receive a full refund minus 10% for administrative costs. Numbers may be fine tuned without penalty up until seven days prior to the trip.
